Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications. write clean, efficient, and testable code using industry-standard programming languages such as c#, Java, Python, or JavaScript depending on the projects requirement.
  • Problem solving and Innovation: Tackle complex technical challenges through analytical thinking and inventive approaches. Continuously assess exiting systems and processes, identifying areas for enhancement, refactoring, and automation.
  • Software Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the software development lifecycle(SDLC), including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure timely delivery of software artifacts and adherence to agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, quality assurance engineers, and fellow developers to ensure alignment of business goals with technical implementations. Participate in daily stand -ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster transparency and team synergy.
  • Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct through code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior engineers and interns, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Security and Compliance:  Ensure that developed software solutions comply with corporate security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. Implement secure coding practices to protest against vulnerabilities.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging trends , tools, and technologies in the software engineering landscape. Actively participate in training sessions, technical conferences, webinars, and internal innovation programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  •  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding  of object-oriented programming(OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming language such as c#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Hands on experience with frameworks like .NET, Angular, React or Node.js .
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational database such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB.
  • Working Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft azure , AWS, or Google Cloud is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with version control system (Git), CI/CD pipeline, and automated testing tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
